Apple sues Samsung in Japan over alleged iPhone, iPad patent violations

It looks like Apple's patent spat with Samsung has now reached the land of the rising sun. Reuters is reporting that Cupertino is taking the Korean manufacturer to court in Japan, over alleged patent violations pertaining to the iPhone and iPad. Japan's Kyodo news agency first reported the news, citing unnamed insiders who claim that Apple is looking to halt sales of Samsung's allegedly patent-infringing Galaxy S smartphones, while seeking ¥100 million (about $1.3 million) in damages. According to the sources, the first hearing was held in a Tokyo District Court on Wednesday, though a court spokesman would not comment on the pending case. Neither Samsung nor Apple have commented on the suit and details on the patents in question remain unclear, but we'll keep you posted as we find out more.

How To Root Gingerbread ? it's Bloody Easy

Hi Bro and Sis, this time I wanna give you a tutorial to Root your Gingerbread Device (then call GBD). So, make your sit as comfortable as you want. And don't forget your Cappuccino with cheesy stick together..

These are that simple way :

1. This rooting is for your Samsung Galaxy Device.
2. This Rooting process will occur in recovery mode, 
3. You'll need update.zip Rooting material, this link to download it : | update.zip File |
4. After update.zip has been downloaded, don extract it but copy the file to your SD card.
5. Set the directory in the root of your SD card, not inside of any folder.
6. Turn of your GBD, and make it in Recovery Mode by pressing Lock Button and Home Button Simultaneously.
7. in Recovery mode, choose apply from SD Card option.

8. Then Browse your device, and choose update.zip  with home button, wait till all process succeed.
9. If All process succeed, you'll back to your first recovery mode screen again.
10. Please choose wipe all data and factory reset, then reboot your GBD. 
11. Your GDB has been Rooted, and there is superuser icon like pic bellow .

Galaxy Mini | How to upgrade Your Froyo to Gingerbread ?

Yooooo..... all of You guys. This time I wanna give you a way how to upgrade your Froyo to Gingerbread, exactly for your Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570. There is some way , but i'll tell you the simple way.
So, Stay Tune guys, this is it :

  First of all, let's collect the material for upgrading.

• Your Galaxy Mini of Course ! (ehee_)
• USB Data Cable for connection among your device and PC
• Odin Multi downloader, you can Download it in here (Odin Multi Downloader v4.38)
• Gingerbread Firmware, you can download it in here (GT S5570XXKPF)

OK, All material have been collected, now, get ready for your journey .. eheee_
Steps for Flashing are the following :

1. Extract "S5570 Odin Multi Downloader v4.38.rar" , and execute "Odin Multi Downloader v4.38.exe"
2. Make your Mini into Download state , in off condition, pres "Low Volume button in left" + "Home Button" + " Lock Button" simultaneously some time. wait till your screen device show "Download" screen.
3. connect your Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570 to PC with USB Data Cable.
4. wait a moment till the bar change to yellow
5. Press OPS, and fill with TASS_v1.0.ops
6. Press BOOT,and fill withAPBOOT_S5570XXKPF_CL189639_REV02_user_mid_true.tar.md5
7. Press PDA,and fill with CODECODE_S5570XXKPF_CL189639_REV02_user_mid_true.tar.md5
8. Press PHONE,and fill with  MODEM_S5570XXKPF_CL189639_REV02_user_mid_true.tar.md5
9. Press CSC, and fill with CSC_S5570XXKPF_CL189639_REV02_user_mid_true.tar.md5
10. Wait till Odin status bar change to blue and green. 5 Minutes the estimation time.  

Afterthat, your Galaxy mini S5570 will automatically reboot, and Baaaaang!!! Congratulation, Your Mini have been change to Gingerbread.... :D

NB: Sometime the process make more than 5 minuter, if this happen to you, just close the Odin Multi Downloader, and unplug your device and pullout the battery. Plug your battery again then start from the beginning again.
